Menu wine cellar

The castle’s old wine cellar and pantry have been converted into a unique space with a special, warm atmosphere for dinners and tasting sessions. The massive granite table can seat maximum 20 people. This is where the castle discretely unveils its secrets!  Bookable for groups between 10 and 20 persons.

Every month we very carefully prepare a delicious 4-course gourmet menu from € 75 per person, including:

  • Seasonal 4-course menu
  • Wine selection
  • Water, coffee / tea



Menu January

6 warm oysters from Oléron, leek and carrots, Champaign sabayon.


Pigeon breast with crust of herbs, wood mushrooms, ratte potatoes

and sauce with Maury wine.


Brillat-Savarin cheese with truffle on a yellow salad.


Homemade ‘Suzette’ pancakes.

Menu february

Crème brulée of duck liver, chips of Serrano ham.


Young cod with soy beans, sauce with cuttlefish ink.


Duck breast with a crust of black garlic, trio of carrots with orange .


Soup of tangerines, ice with Java pepper.
