Menu wine cellar
The castle’s old wine cellar and pantry have been converted into a unique space with a special, warm atmosphere for dinners and tasting sessions. The massive granite table can seat maximum 20 people. This is where the castle discretely unveils its secrets! Bookable for groups between 10 and 20 persons.
Every month we very carefully prepare a delicious 4-course gourmet menu from € 79 per person, including:

- Wine selection
- Water, coffee / tea
Duck liver with Port gelly, crispy gingerbread and sorbet of green apple.
Scallops with ‘marc de Champagne’ and gelly of pink grapefruit.
Roasted pigeon fillet, mousse of celery and Chantenay carrots,
chocolate sauce with Maury wine.
Soup of tangerines, ice with Java pepper.
