Can we bring our dog?

Sure, you pay 20 € extra and your dog is allowed to stay in your room. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.

What are the swimming pool opening times?

Our indoor pool is a place for rest and relaxation. It is open from 7am until 10.30pm every day. Your room key gives you access to the pool, changing rooms and lockers. Enjoy our sun patio with loungers on hot summer days. The hotel doesn’t have a sauna or steam room.

What are the restaurant opening times?

The restaurant is open 12-2pm and 7-9pm every day.
The restaurant can be closed during very quiet periods.

What time can I check into my room?

Your room will be ready from 4pm upon arrival.

What time do I have to check out?

We ask you to check out of your room before 10.30am on the day you leave the hotel.

Is there a city tax payable for Dinant?

There is indeed a tourist tax, which is never included in the price. The tax is €1,10 for each person as of the age of 12.

Are there any discounts for families with children?

Children under 12 pay €30 per person per night when staying in a 3-person/family room. This price includes breakfast. Children aged 12 or older pay €40 per person per night in a 3-person/family room. The restaurant has a children’s menu available on request.

The prices for children vary for each of the tourist attractions near the hotel. We therefore suggest paying for them directly, and not via the hotel.
